Now, there are times where I wish she would stop with the insults, but sometimes I just can't help but laugh, and sometimes laugh out loud at what she says about certain things and certain groups of people.
After awhile of reading, I just had to stop because her language is just way too harsh. I don't even understand some of the things she says but I'm sure it's bad! But I love her nonetheless, she does have a good heart underneath all that rough outer shell of hers. I recommend watching the movie about her.

Hilarious read. I loved every witty, snarky comment. I could hear Joan's voice in my head which made it even more funny. If you love to complain like I do then you'll enjoy reading Joan rant about all the things she hates.

I really really love Joan Rivers. Her cynical and sarcastic humor in this book is amazing. These are the types of things I really want to say out loud but don't because I still want to have friends. I've heard that if you've read her other works, you won't like this one as much, or if you watch her a lot on TV, but for the part time fans out there who catch her when they can you'll adore this. Each snippet starts with 'I hate _____' < fill in the blank with you name it: the octomom, extreme sports, subways, rickshaws, the Beetles - she's got it all covered.
