Aofie and Finns story takes you on a journey with a couple of twists and turns, but I enjoyed it.

DNF @ 60% and skimmed the rest for what I wanted.
There’s nothing redeemable about Finn and Aoife should learn to stand up. STAND UP!
Thank god I read this series out of order or else I would have never read the rest of the series.

Book is very good
I can't wait to read the rest of the series and see what happens to the characters and I can't wait to see what happens With the crossover series as well.

Decent
First time reading anything by this author. It was a decent read. I did feel the jumps in the timeline were a bit much. It felt like it more male sided than the female. Nothing wrong with that.

Finn (37) and aoife (25)
Irish mob, virgin FMC, plus sized FMC, age gap.
Thankfully, the author explains how to pronounce Aoife on the foreword (it’s Ee-Fah) because I kept looking at that like wha???
My first mob book! Didn’t love it though.
I can get behind an alpha but Finn just wasn’t it for me. He grew on me a little bit eventually. And all the catholic crap was a drawback too. I guess that’s what you can expect with an Irish mob though.
I don’t know, it was too long and mostly uninteresting. There were some parts about 75% in when I skimmed less than I had been.
Overall, not for me. I have zero desire to read anything by this author again.
Spice wasn’t anything great tbh 3🔥

I’m DNFing at 17%. The writing is so cringy, describing her vagina as her gate just made my toes curl- and not in a good way. The bedroom scene I read was as far from sexy as possible.
Already I’m finding there are times that I have to force myself to continue reading. I’m unsure if it’s meant to be funny or is so ridiculously OTT that it just appears that way. Either way, the book is so poorly written that I have no desire to continue.
