While certainly not the best Holmes story, there likely could be little better an ending to the character of Sherlock Holmes. Certainly a story worth reading at least once.

This short story is quite different. It is dark as well as suspenseful and sad. It could have been better if there would have been more background information on Moriarty.

This actually made me question all film adaptations and made me annoyed.
