For Ferrick

Giving it only one star and only because of two of the side characters (Ferrick and Vataea deserved so much better, they have my whole heart).

But overall, this book sucked

DNF at 70%. I hate the way they took Amora in this book.

Heart string pulling ending. I think it gives a good emotional conclusion to the story. Enjoyed. Would read more from the author.

A beautiful conclusion so this Duet. Didn't expect the ending to make me sob like a baby but it did. Great ya fantasy without being a huge series

It funny because I really loved the book despite me not loving the FMC as much by the end. I thought the story was well done and I like the messaging behind the story. I love that the crew got back together again. I love the first person experience of mental health issues. I like how it ended and I'd love a spin off series for V.

Overall, I thought the story itself was interesting and a lighter read than some of the other books I've read this year. There is really only 1 spice scene and it's pretty closed door (in my opinion). Much more of a slow burn.

I would recommend this to other friends.
