As another review put it, this book is utterly horrific and yet I couldn't put it down. Mostly because it was short and I wanted to be done with it already, but also because the prose is well written even if the content of it is nauseating. I'm not shy of horror, but this was a step too far for me.

SOOO GOOD. So geniunely frightening and grotesque in the best way. Proceed with caution though and look into content warnings, as I had to take multiple breaks throughout my reading. I felt like I needed to wash out my brain with soap
