Emily Henry’s steamiest book yet IMO. Another solid rom com story. I loved the characters! Would’ve been 5 stars but I wasn’t crazy about the ending.

When Harriet reunites with her friends at their beloved summer house, the unexpected presence of her ex-fiancé throws a charming twist into the mix. This was a cute read, and I'm warming up to Emily Henry's storytelling.
While some characters proved to be a tad annoying, I found myself cheering for Wyn and Harriet despite their major communication hiccups. Towards the end, however, the dynamics among the characters left me questioning if they were genuinely friends or merely a random assortment Emily Henry tossed into her story.
Happy Place is an enjoyable read with its quirks, offering a mix of charm and puzzlement.
