Hauntingly beautiful, so incredibly raw and honest I will never have the words to do this book justice 🖤

This book is so beautifully written, it’s like the sadness and awfulness jumps from the page.
The plot was tragic, but felt so realistic and relatable!
It’s one of those stories where you see it’s going in a devastating direction, Biz is getting more and more derailed, but you can’t do anything but follow her.
Definitely understood it a lot better on my second read though.

I really like the writing. I thought the author accurately represented depressing thoughts and represented what depression can feel like.

I really really liked this book but I feel it is probably better suited to someone way younger than me. I feel like this could be a 5 star book for someone in the 16-19 age range. Still a great read though!!

This book focuses on Elizabeth Grey. It talks about mental health, and it goes in depth with it. There are many parts of the book where it shows you how Elizabeth herself sees the world around her and it also shows her feelings she has in the book. The relationships she makes in the book, help her find out more about her
dad. She wants to learn more about him and where he grew up, so she takes a journey with one of her close friends to find out more about him. she ends up having a tragic incident which leads her to stay in a psychiatric hospital. there she meets her bestfriend, but the bestfriend is so shocked with Elizabeth's health, she couldnt take it so she left. she would occasionally send Biz emails and text messages, but Biz wouldn't open them nor respond, because to her Grace was dead. Towards the end of the book she finds happiness and she's glad she went on that adventure. She is happy to be herself again.
