i loveddd this book so much!! it was my first ever thriller so idk if im rating it too highly but to me it was a five star read! all the twist and turns were so crazy and the gore and realness of it all. My girl Darby really did that shit. such a strong willed woman.

The writer of this REALLY wanted it to be a movie. It read like a generic cinema thriller. Does that make it bad? No. I actually enjoyed the read, and thought it was very well paced. It kept me reading, so I inhaled it in a little over a day (even though I guessed most of the twists). This book wasn't free of the occasional plot convenience or mulligan, either. Still, very entertaining. If you are new to thrillers I highly recommend this one. If you are a seasoned reader, you may figure out the twists well ahead of time.
