Too many case studies. It wasn’t helpful to have story after story. It is an obvious attempt to pad the content.

good book. It helps with understanding mindfullness and the science behind it. It is not clear on technique that you can use, but gives a good basis for working with others.

This book revealed some fascinating information about the mind, how it works, and how those two topics interplay to create our personalities and the ways we respond to our world. Not a light read, but intriguing all the same.
