SUMMARY: (SPOILER WARNING)

Elijah has always been insanely obsessed with his (non-blood related) cousin, Cadence. But their families would never approve of their relationship even if they aren’t technically blood related.

This doesn’t stop Elijah (or Cadence) from finally exploring their feelings for each other. And if anyone gets in their way of being together, they won’t hesitate to do whatever it takes to be together.

REVIEW:

This one kind of was a bit of a disappointment. It wasn’t BAD, but the entire cousins (but not) element was really confusing and totally threw me off.

Why is the author calling them cousins when they’re not blood related? I would expect the author to at least explain this to me. Is this actually possible? Is one of them adopted? Or was one of them from a previous marriage? I’m so confused. I’d honestly prefer to read real incest stories than pseudo incest. But if it’s gonna be pseudo incest, then at least explain how they aren’t technically blood related so I can understand what’s going on.

Still, I actually picked this one up at the moment for the psycho romance aspect because I was craving a good psycho romance. Who doesn’t from time to time? Amiright? lol I know I’m just weird. haha

Anyways, the psycho part of it was actually spot on and loved that aspect of it. Elijah is deliciously psycho in all the ways that I love — obsessive, possessive, and with absolutely no moral limitations when it comes to the object of his affections. lol In the end, these two are super crazy killer psychos for each other and I’m loving it.

The sex aspect was OKAY, but definitely could’ve been a little hotter.

Overall it was okay. I’ll definitely read the next book in the series (which is about different characters in the same town). But it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. And don’t pick this up for the incest taboo because it’s not really there even though we are TOLD so. Oh well.

Obsessed

This is the 2nd book I’ve read from Rory Ireland and I am completely 10000% OBSESSED with her!!

Elijah is J/P OTT with Cadence and I am here for it!!!

I loved everything about this story. It’s a quick read but it’s jam packed full of steam and has everything I love in a book

I knew her soul was tethered to mine and bound for hell, but I didn’t realize how devilish she already is.

That was quite the read. Wild, spicy and very dark.
There's always something about unhinged, psychotic, and extremely obsessive mmcs that just lures me in. Eli was a perfect example of that. Dark, broody and so deadly, he was a poison that none would want to escape.

She looks like an angel bathed in sin.

I love stories that the fmc goes from being the sweetest little creature to a feral queen. It's like witnessing a butterfly escaping from her cocoon. Candice was a sweet, little lethal butterfly. I wasn't sure about her at the beginning but after finishing the book, I would stand by her anytime.

Did I like it? Yes. It was fast and dark.
Would I read it again? Yes.

This was mostly smut but I’m not mad about it. Elijah is a psychopath and I loved him?? I definitely want more plot so I’m gonna read the second one.

Dark, Dirty and Naughty

This is completely dark, dirty and so so naughty. So obviously I LOVED it! I loved the intensity, the insanity and the obsession! Bravo once again to Ms Ireland!

I’m currently aboard the Banned Baddies train with unlimited stops ahead. This is the second book (novella) I’ve read by Rory Ireland and again, it did not disappoint! It was a little less taboo than the previous one, no
