Totally Strange and yet engrossing book about internet fame, art, friendship, sexuality, chemistry, escape rooms and aliens. It is a well written story that doesn't switch narrators (well, just for one short chapter) or time periods - just a story. So refreshing...

I just couldn't do the extremely young and quirky narrator.

I love Hank and his style of writing was refreshing, the story was super clever and I can say I was shocked by the ending, so all in all, good job, Hank Green. Can't wait to see if you write more.

For the most part a pretty typical, but enjoyable Sci-Fi book. This book has a main character that is fairly unlikable, which is typically a pretty big turn off for me, but I think it was handled far better than I have seen before. April May continually makes bad decisions as she gains fame and notoriety, but she does so in a real and believable way. It doesn't go over the top. She doesn't start wearing sunglasses and shoving her old friends in lockers or whatever else you typically see in this kind of story. she still remains a human who cares about other things than fame, but does let that aspect of her over take the rest of her life, and I appreciated that aspect of the whole thing.
