This is my favorite book out of this series. Pure perfection.

I was so torn on this book. Part of me loved it and part of me hated it. I think that Sarah J Maas did an excellent job writing all of these characters, but something felt like it was missing in the plot and world building. I liked this book but I did not love it. I’ll definitely continue with the series but a part of me was disappointed with this book.

The second book in the series doesn’t miss a beat. There is so much going on in this series, it is full of emotions. Strap in yall we are going through the emotional rollercoaster. I go back and forth with the characters quite a bit. Do we like Tamlin? Do we not? We watch him fight for control over Feyra. But what about Rys? He does a lot of developing in this book. I love when a book makes its characters feel real, and these graphic audios? They really enhance the emotion. I also love the world building done in this one. Welcome to Velaris, the city of Starlight.
