(Audiobook) this book came to me at a time of high stress and a need for high productivity. It was initially anxiety inducing to listen too but at the end, it was calming and more relatable. Helped reset my mindset during this pppanic inducing time.

I really liked the fact that the book brought up the subject of scatter-focus. I've read before about the need to erase distractions and adapt your environment when you want to enter a state of flow. But it was very rewarding to read about being able to put time aside especially to give the brain an active rest. Programming chaos when you need it. I found this to be a great strategy when I have long term projects.

Productivity and focus has always interested me so I was very excited when I came across this book in the bookstore. I took my time to read it and soaked up the knowledge. I know feel like I’ve some new tools to help me achieve hyperfocus more often. The content was written interesting and easy to implement in your daily life.
