Stephanie Archer only writes bangers! I adored this book, Hannah and Wyatt are the cutest. This book features Stephanie’s signature brand of sweet spicy and hilarious banter. You can’t help but laugh and smile as you read along. Hannah is very relatable, feeling in a rut and not living your true self because of fear. I loved that Wyatt really saw and understood her. She might’ve wanted a hot girl summer but he knew she was already there and just needed a nudge to live bravely. I enjoyed seeing their friendship and relationship deepen and evolve. They had great chemistry. This book has the vibes of She’s All That but with a better plot/storyline. Highly recommend this book!

loved this. when i saw all the tropes for the series i was looking forward to this one the least but it topped the first one for me. i related to hannah’s character in a lot of ways. it was funny but it had a little depth in it. the spice was brilliant. all round a great easy-read spicy romance.

I will say that this book was entertaining and I read it very quickly. Overall the sex scenes got really repetitive (I hope you like the word clenching) but I did enjoy initially.
This might be the first romance I’ve ever read where I genuinely liked the FMC and MMC but didn’t love them together.
I adored Hannah and I found her determination and growth to be quite beautiful, though I still found her to be a bulldozed by Wyatt. And I liked Wyatt, I just feel like his character development happened at the flip of the switch and didn’t make sense to me.
I was unhappy with the ending. I know she mentioned wanted to travel, but I think she just wanted to take vacations, not abandon her store. I feel like she gave up so much for Wyatt. The decision to leave everything didn’t fit her character to me.
