Not gonna lie, I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed this book very much. It's been a long time since I read bully romance and I have to say that I fucking love it!

Now, where should I start?

First of all, this book is a total page turner and keeps me on the edge where I couldn't stop reading read it in order to find out more. Like the more I read, the excitement inside of me keeps on growing bigger and bigger. To be honest, this book is kinda intense and thrilling for me which makes this book so much enjoyable.

Now, when we talk about the characters, Carter and Raine are just *chef kiss* and I loved seeing the development between these two. Also, tbh, Carter's character didn't really interest me in the first few chapters but then his character slowly grows on me and I ended up adoring him

Holy Hell!!!!

This book had me on the edge of my seat as to what would happen next. The dynamic between our two MC was definitely bully but the sexual tension was massive. This book made me sweat, wondering when the ball would drop.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Yes. It doesn’t matter what the question is, the answer is yes.

This. Story. Was. Everything.

I finished this in one sitting and my freakin heart ya’ll. because, you didn’t have to come for it like that.

Raine was EVERYTHING. Her growth, confidence levels boosting, character development was great! I enjoyed watching her grow especially with Cass and Lena by her side. Carter—I grew to love him slowly but surely. The only parts that made me mad was when he forgot he was the king of the school and was cowering for no reason. DROVE ME NUTS UP UNTIL THAT POINT. But this is how you know the author is writing great characters—when they actually make you feel the feelings and all the emotions.

As a couple, they were SOLID. They understood each other at a level that no one else did and their growth was my favorite. When Carter came through and staked his public claim, I was like yes King Carter this is what we need. And when his protective instincts hit along with Khian!? YASSSSS

It was kind of difficult to get through the first 50 pages BUT once you do, the plot like starts to pick up and I LOVED IT AFTERWARDS.

This was an entertaining spin-off and kept my attention. We have some cameos with some other characters that were really nice. The mystery was pretty good and not at all obvious. If you enjoyed Becca Steele's other series you will likely enjoy this.
