An all around amazing play. One of my favorite aspects was that we had several different characters that shared this trait of growing up poor and black, treated similarly by their societies but they were very much so their own persons with completely different views of the world. After 60 years, we still see the broad generalizations based on skin color (and economic status) and it's just fascinating (and sad) how relevant the concepts and lessons from the play have stayed.
