Just wasn't what I was looking for at the time; it has a very creative storytelling style that just wasn't pulling me in at the moment.

"The Milky Way" tells the story of our home galaxy through the Milky Way's own anthropomorphized voice. This structure didn't really work for me, and I wanted the book to focus more on the science in parts. However, I still enjoyed the book and would recommend it to others because there's a lot of great information packed into this small passage. I learned a lot of new, interesting things.
I would definitely read more from the author. She has a podcast called "Exolore" that I plan to check out as well.
