I knew it. I have doubts from the start but didn't have a solid theory. Poirot's theory was within my expectation. I just felt the need of more descriptions on some parts like the settings – their rooms, the dining car, how Poirot came up with his 'guesses', etc. Also, a little bit more about Hercule Poirot could make the novel more standalone. I just thought I wasn't able to know him more, his personality, his logic.

Conclusion, a great book to read. There's only one big mystery to solve so you won't get overwhelmed.

truly iconic.. i can see why everyone has copied and pasted this format in so many whodunnits today. don't know how I didn't see that conclusion coming bc it was so funny to me how everyone seemed to have a connection with the armstong case. agatha christie truly is the master of mystery novels.

Absolutely brilliant. I’ve read this book before. I’ve seen it as a play. I’ve seen multiple tv/movie adaptations. And yet even knowing the genius plot twist, it’s still so fresh and invigorating a story as an audiobook!

Sheer delight. Every detail is falling into place towards the perfect crime. Because everyone has an unshakable alibis. Only Poirot’s little grey cells can see through the deception. Truly this is a masterpiece!

I was excited to read this because "And Then There Were None" by Agatha Christie was amazing. However, this book fell flat for me and was too repetitive. I'm not upset that I read this book, but I also wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
