I went back and forth between 3.5 and 4 but I'm settling on 4 because I loved Reid. I really loved Stella and Nate but Reid's character development was wild. He was a POS several times and I really thought I hated him but then we got some explanations for why he did certain things.
The major reason I am not totally in love with this book is because
SO MANY QUESTIONS WERE LEFT UNANSWERED
I felt like the last 15 or 20% of the book was so rushed and I didn't like that. I really am happy with who Stella ended up with. To me, it made the most sense. I will also say, I don't really like love triangles. I get too invested in the characters and inevitably my heart breaks for whoever doesn't get picked. I know, I know, they're not "real" but actually they are real so.
I still enjoyed the book. I read it fairly quickly but this book doesn't compare at all with how I felt about the Ravenhood trilogy.

Wow, 5 Stars of good feels with this book. I went in thinking one thing and got something so much more. From the time we take off we are a passenger on a great read.

one woman and two epic loves. Three, if you count music.

My heart hurts. I was absolutely enthralled with this story of love and rock n roll. It's perfection, and now I have a hangover.

Oh, the ache. Hangover every time I re-read this one. All the feels.

A book that perpetuates racist Mexican/Latinx slurs and stereotypes is not something that deserves any praise or support. It’s a shame that this book has been out for FIVE YEARS and people are just now bringing attention to these problematic words and phrases.

10⭐️ BECAUSE 5 IS NOT ENOUGH.

Someone tell me...WHY DID I TAKE SO LONG TO READ THIS BOOK???

I loved The Ravenhood Series and knew I wanted to read more of Kate Stewart's books, so I bought this, but it literally took me like a month to actually pick it up.

I ate this book up in ONE DAY. ONE DAY! Kate's writing style just completely surrounds be like a big hug and I just could not put this book down. One of my favorite books of the month, year and probably ever.

I am a SUCKER for a love triangle...when it's done right. This book? THE BEST LOVE TRIANGLE I'VE EVER READ. Kate really made you fall in love with every character and made you care about what happened to each and every one of them.

This book was also SO unique in how the chapters were written. The prologue is actually a portion of the end of the story in a way, and it was so beautifully written. There is a little bit of a missing piece of information in the prologue that keeps you intrigued throughout the entire book and just makes you to figure out what it's about!

This book really evoked every emotion known to humankind out of me. I was happy, cracking up, crying my eyes out, frustrated af, mad, confused, etc. And I love when a book can do that to me as long as it's a HEA :))

This book was absolute perfection and I'm sad knowing that I will never be able to read it again for the first time.

This book is about choices …the ones we make ourselves and the ones that make us. Every choice has a consequence and every consequences leads us down a different road. All 3 main characters make choices that affect themselves as well as the others in their lives. Not everything can be tied up near with a bow and it feels like this book tried to have a neat ending with no hard feelings. I’ll be interested to read Reverse and see the other side of the story.
