Silly little book, but so much fun. Adrian and his OAP Bert, and the dog, and his _parents_!

Makes a compelling case for an immediate pay raise for all middle school teachers.

Enjoyed the way Adrian's reading list paralleled his real life travails.

Very funny British YA. Poor Adrian! He has such a rough go of it, yet has such a good heart. Teenage tragedies done with humour.
