This series is so interesting to me, because there are so many things about these characters that we still don’t know! I do enjoy it being from Cassie’s point of view so we are kind of experiencing those feelings of confusion along with her. Also the idea of including these “You” chapters makes it feel as though we are very connected to every aspect of the book, but not in such a way that it gives us the ending. Also why can I see her with both Michael and Dean… Love Sloane but still not a Liar fan I fear.

The twists and turns are done really well. I just wish there was a tad more witty banter with the love interests and man, I wish she chose differently on the love interest. But this was a really fun read!

I love these characters so much. Boy, oh boy, I’m excited to read the next book to start working on active cases! Also I’m loving the love triangle, I’m so invested in these characters

Honestly, at first, I couldn't really get into this book as much as the first one. and unlike the first book, I figured out the killer in this one about halfway through the book, so the reveal was very underwhelming for me. but I'm giving it 3 stars because at least Cassie finally chose Dean! I'll still read the next book in the series, but probably not anytime soon.
