This group of friends (Delilah, Astrid, Claire, and Iris) are pretty great and I'm enjoying all of their stories. As a type A people-pleaser who can be a bit blunt (in words and demeanor), I certainly identified with Astrid. This was a solid follow-up to the first book in the series (about Delilah) and I look forward to seeing where Iris lands. These romance novels are certainly predictable, but this author writes woman really well, so I'll enjoy the journey despite knowing full well what will happen!

I may or may not have stayed up way later then I should have reading this book. I loved getting to read about the characters in Bright Falls again, with some new faces! Getting the deep dive into Astrid really developed her character in a way that made you love her! And getting to see the sister relationship from Delilah Green doesn’t care in it’s developed form was *chefs kiss*. And of course Jordan’s character was incredible to get to know! Can’t wait to read the next book in this Bright Falls adventure!

Liked the sequel more than Delilah's story, which slightly shocked me. The enimes to lovers and deep dive into each main characters life were two big selling points.
