This graphic novel brought back so many fun memories of the original Batman television show. I found myself laughing out loud throughout the pages and hearing every "Ka-bam" and "Pow". Fabulous!

Al principio hace gracia el estilo y la nostalgia de otras épocas, pero la historia es bastante simple.

This was a blast! An excellent homage to the original '66 TV show while also telling compelling stories. It gets bonus points for not only including Eartha Kitt Catwoman but also having her sing one of Eartha's most iconic songs like damn! What respect! The Scrambled Eggs comic was also an absolute delight with all of the puns. So flipping good.

This was cute. I think it probably could have been clever-er, but it was a quick, fun read that basically replicated the tone of the TV show. For me, a welcome departure from super grim Batman stories. I think this one could be appreciated both by adults who grew up with the Batman TV show and by younger kids looking for a superhero comic that's not gonna give them nightmares.

I love this version of Batman, in all of his campy glory.

You do not have to be a fan of the old Batman TV show to enjoy this first volume of the Batman '66 series. If you loved superheroes as a kid, and you want to re-capture a bit of that free-wheeling feeling of adventure, this is a great read for you.

All the corny and campy sensibility of the 60's show (and of a lot of superhero cartoons since then) are here, but now there is an expanded playground for writers and artists to use these takes on these characters.

A lot of fun, a good mix of winking humor with action.

Light, frothy, and filled with innuendo and one-liners.
