So, years ago, I read this book, and let me tell you, it was absolutely incredible! Now, with this new edition in my hands, I got to experience the magic all over again. From the very first page, I was completely hooked. Aiden Graves, the tough football player, may come off as a jerk, but trust me, there's so much more to him. And Vanessa Mazur, his hardworking assistant, is such a relatable and strong heroine. The story felt so authentic, and the slow-burn romance was beautifully crafted. If you haven't read this book yet, I highly recommend diving into this new edition and experiencing the captivating journey of Aiden and Vanessa.

That's me. I'm Vanessa Mazur. She's me. The girl who cares without reason, who's nice no matter what. Counts in my head when I'm pissed. Gosh, where's my Aiden?
Five stars!
This book was just.....
I appreciate how much time the characters took to know each other. Just. Wow.
It's perfect. ❤️

Edit: I used to count in my head when I was pissed? Older Ahana does not recall that.

I read this book for a book club and had difficulty picking it up.  Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down!  It's a great book and I really think we need a spin-off book for Zac.

This idea for a story was cute but just didn’t work for me. The beginning felt extremely slow and dragged out and then the timeline of him visiting to try and rehire her felt very repetitive and confusing. It also was just a lot longer than it needed to be.
