I appreciate that it has almost little to no angts at all just the way I like it but
Funny thing is this story doesn't work because of that, because there is no wrongness between them.
When I read the blurb I expect that forbidden storyline to set in from this story but
Surprisingly this just felt tame
They already felt like a couple from the very beginning just reconciling.
I just want how it feels wrong because I've read a similar storyline like this before on how it works so well because the forbidden part of it and how they shouldn't do that but they do it anyway but in this everything was so immediate and also the characters didn't help they were so two dimensional.
The timeline confuses me that it caught me off guard one moments we're two days into the story but then in the next couple of line we're already a week in it.
Maybe it's just my sour mood idk.

A week after finding his ex boyfriend getting a blowjob from a cater-waiter at his ex's father's holiday office party, Silas finds himself on his ex's father's doorstep intent on seducing the man and getting his revenge on his cheating ex. Logan, said ex's father, initially plans to resist Silas' efforts at seducing him, but as he is angry at his son Lance and has been attracted to Silas since they were introduced to each other, he agrees to let Silas stay the weekend with him. As the two engage in mutual blowjobs and discover their mutual affinity for daddy kink it becomes pretty obvious they are better suited for each other than Lance and Silas ever were. As the weekend nears to an end their reluctance to end their arrangement becomes more obvious.
This was an enjoyable read about the two men engaging in a weekend of kink exploration while developing feelings for each other. Despite the fact that the two of them jump to having sex almost from the very beginning, the romance between Silas and Logan didn't feel too rushed as they had known each other for two years already and felt mutual attraction since they first met.
While it was obvious in retrospect that Silas and Lance were incompatible together it made me question the reasons they were together in the first place. I don't mean this in relation to daddy kink as this was something Silas has only started discovering, but more in relation to Silas' multiple piercings which Lance felt obvious aversion to. Still I found the fact that Silas kept being unapologetically himself despite his boyfriend's dislike quite commendable, especially for somebody still relatively young in their first serious relationship. I found the scene with Lance quite satisfying and the overall resolution something one can only hope for in real life.
This was a relatively fast read with short chapters. Despite the fact that there were considerable number of sex scenes I didn't find myself as bored as I usually do when I read multiple sex scenes in a story, as the author found the way to keep things interesting and engaging between Silas and Logan throughout the story. Even tough I found this quite enjoyable it did leave me craving for a similar age gap scenario where the characters felt more conflicted about their attraction than Logan and Silas were in this story.

WOW that book was FIRE. The majority of it takes place over a weekend but I absolutely believed in their love and happy future by the end. The Daddy kink (not age play) was superbly done with lots of praise and caretaking and dominance. Sign me up for a Logan of my own, please!
