So. This was very good--as usual. But instead of finding out how it ends and whether they all survive, the story suddenly cut to a bunch of stuff about Spider-Man. With different art. So confused.

Last days got me feeling
This one is a confusing volume to me because I have a vauge idea of what's going on, but at the same time I have absolutely no idea what's going on and I'm so interested in the character development that I don't even care about most of the plot that's supposedly going on.
We've got Carol showing up out of nowhere, we've got Amir getting powers and being a drama queen about it, we have Ami admitting she KNOWS EVERYTHING AND SAYING SHE'S PROUD OF KAMALA! We have some love confessions going on, on a few different parts and there's honestly just so much chaos going on that if Loki wasn't already confirmed to be on the helping side of things I would think he had something to do with it.
Now, this is sadly the last digital copy that any of my libraries have for now so it may be a while until I get Vol. 5 and that's a bit upsetting because they purposely left it at a cliffhanger and then gave me a random clip of some Spiderman comic that I have no context for so I have no care for. Right now my VIP is Kamala and only Kamala.

While an improvement over the previous installment, this collection of Ms. Marvel issues felt rushed and lacking in a true story. Rather, it just tied up 'loose ends' that did not need to be resolved at the time. Still happy to see that Kamala is back to looking like her normal self unlike in the last collection.

Wow, what a story! Ms Marvels faces perhaps the end of the world in an event she knows nothing about (so I know nothing about) and tries to do her best almost completely on her own, save for the small help of Captain Marvel while she tries to rescue her brother from her psycho ex. I love how so many relationships are clarified and we get to see her growth and reflecting back on that growth. I have no clue if this continues or is in a new series but I think she's perhaps my favorite Marvel character ever by a lot. After I never read Marvel until Kamala Khan became Ms Marvel.
