~ Very insta-lusty.
~ I liked the MMC & FMC
- No cheating
- I do wish that book 2 was about Tank or we had a bit more about Tank, he would have made a fantastic side character if he was developed a bit more.
- on page SA and physical abuse / off page physical abuse
- death of a loved one
- Arson

I actually missed these! I thought I had read all of Sheridan Anne’s books, but missed the Kings of Denver Series… So here I go…

This was an excellent book. It doesn’t hurt that I love hockey either! There’s hockey, family, love, sexy times.. and who could ask for more

Danielle and Miller get thrown together when her class assignment makes her a PR person for the Ice Hockey team, the Dragons. He’s the captain of the hockey team, and she’s a young woman in her senior year of college doing what she does best and representing a team that had some issues and needed a better public view. However, Miller wants her… can she resist his charm and persistence? He’s a sweet talker, and he’s so charming….

I loved reading this. I can’t believe I hadn’t read it before, but I have now.. and now I’m going to tell everyone else they need to read it too!!!

Sheridan Anne is an all time favorite author for me.. I love her writing style and even love her cliff-hangers… Do I like waiting for the next book, AFTER a cliff-hanger? Not really, but I always have time to re-read the book before I start the next to refresh my memory on just how good it is… Love her work, and will continue to read every book she has.

Not for me. While this was a quick book, the plot just did not flow and I feel like the author was just throwing different tropes around and it just did not work for me.

4.25 ⭐️ It ripped my heart out and then trampled on it, only to piece it back together at the end

solid hockey romance, 4 stars just cause i’m not super into the possessive vibes at the beginning. but the story got a LOT better for me later on! there were a lot of wild ups and downs, i did cry at one part. ALSO no third act break up, thank god
