an engaging audiobook companion for 8 hours of driving in early fall that kept me mostly awake. another semi okay and then there were none esque mystery that will never be as good as agatha’s. ending was satisfying but the descriptions especially in the middle dragged on. may have enjoyed more in print instead of audio.

DNF at 67%. This book just dragged and did not hold my interest. A larger cast of characters with very limited development so I couldn't remember who anyone was.

3.5 stars. The Agatha Christie formula works really well here. I enjoyed the story, the plotting and the pace. Nothing too original, not something you'll dwell on, but not everything in life needs to be dwelt on.
