This book was quite the ride! Wow!

"I hate George Cooney!"

It's been a long time since I've gotten chills reading a book...

I really liked this book! It held my attention the entire way through and kept me on my toes. I felt so helpless, much like Grace, as Jack had thought of EVERYTHING. That's all I will say. I don't want to spoil anything! Definitely a great read!

Pretty creepy. Grace Harrington is in her 30's, has a very good job as a buyer for Harrod's Department Store, and is responsible for her 17-year-old sister Millie, who has Down's. When handsome Jack Angel expresses interest in Grace and is so kind to Millie, Grace can't believe her luck. But she ignores the warning signs when Jack starts to little by little take control over her life. Soon she is without friends, without a cell phone and living in a house which becomes a fortress. Kind of hard to believe this could happen, but it's Jack's influence and future hold over Millie which is creepiest of all. Pretty good story, but suspends some belief.

Wow! Great storytelling. I felt so many different emotions while reading this book. A definite page turner where all you hope for is the victory of good over evil.

This book was very suspenseful, and kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. However the way the book ended was kinda lazy IMO.

Spoiler alert - the dog dies and I lost interest. This book is so implausible, the main character is an idiot, and there seems to be torture for the sake of torture. No thanks.

Ok wow. A super intense book with lots of triggers and a sometimes stupid main character but really kept me on the edge of my seat wanting to know how it will end!!

I really wanted to like this one, but it just didn’t accomplish what it set out to do. There was clearly meant to be a LOT of suspense but it just didn’t translate. And the ending was what you spend the whole book looking forward to and it’s cut short.
