I think Iā€™m team manuscript.Ā

I enjoyed this! It wasnā€™t asking creepy as I was expecting(people made it sound so creepy). I was intrigued and wanted to see what was going to happen, but I was honestly mostly in this for the romance honestly. Some parts of this were very hard and disturbing to read. I donā€™t love the ending it just felt kind of rushed idk. It was enjoyable, but I didnā€™t find anything shocking tbh.Ā

The best Colleen Hoover novel Iā€™ve ever read. The twist at the end was actually good (though yes, there was a lengthy explanation). Parts of this book were horrifying. I was constantly trying to guess how it would end and I could not stop reading (finished this in four days). This reminded me of ā€œFlowers in the Atticā€ by VC Andrews for some reason.

The only negative: the main character is annoying and downright unlikeable by the end (but it works with the ending imo).

Dear reader,
This is the first book out of eight in my autumn reads list and all I can think is just wow. I picked up this book in anticipation of a few shivers and frights and I sure as hell got some. I definitely recommend reading this book at night if you want the full experience of hearing footsteps outside of your door and when you open it you find no one there (really did happen to me). Pretty sure this book was the cause of all of that but I guess weā€™ll never know. A book hasnā€™t made my heart race in a very long time and this one did and I loved the ending. ā¤ļøĀ
Talk again soon,
FBC

P. S. Iā€™m team letter.
