I hated this, it was disturbing, uncomfortable, and sick. I get thrillers need to have thrill and things that are freaky, but the things I read I wish I could forget. It's not even that bad when thinking about the horror genre but it is absolutely not a romance or regular CoHo book. Writing was weak, and way too much spice for the genre in my opinion.

✨ Gifted ✨

I swore never to read another Colleen Hoover after ‘It Ends With Us’, but since my friend bought this for me I decided I might as well give it a go.

Devoured it, only because everyone was so delusional and had to be questioned! I kept saying ‘She crazy girl, she crazy’ because I could not believe Verity’s audacity 🥲

Do we believe the letter or the manuscript?! I was inclined to believe the letter but then who can write such horrors in vivid detail without having experienced them?! 😫

This book was so messed up! Especially the end!!! Nonetheless, it was really good! Normally takes me over a week to finish 300+ page book but I finished this one in 12 hours. I couldn't put it down. Highly recommend!
