This was horrible. I'm so mad that I was anticipating it to come to my library and then sit on the waitlist for over 3 months. I wish I would've never picked it up!

This book was just ok for me. It was a long book (400+ pages) and nothing really happened. I felt like the book definitely could have been shortened down, with just the key events, to just over 200 pages. It did not feel overly-realistic either and I just kept thinking, "That wouldn't happen in real life."

this series was just so amazing. The perfect ending to an awesome couple. And I think I love Gavin even more. The first three chapters was so heart wrentching. Once everything was resolved ugh pure amazingness between them two. Then of course asshole Dillion has to be his asshole self and throw in some drama. All in all, I could not put the book down. I had to finish it once I started. 6 hours later, reading the second to last chapter where I almost died, then finishing the book I was so sad it ended. But this series was so amazing and I did not expect to love it as much as i did. Def on my favorite books list and will be buying in paperback.

the beginning started off strong, the middle dragged and in the end the big reveal with Dillon was anti-climatic. I stoic enjoyed, but I was looking for something mord gut wrenching.

Well, that was better. Dillon is still an ass tho. He should have a fucking life.
SpoilerAnd babies make me fucking giddy.

Fantastic if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Loved it, loved the ending that they got. Love Gavin the perfect man. But really it was a great story from Collide to Pulse just a really fantastic read.

I could not wait to find out what happened next with Gavin and Emily. This book seemed to escalate Dillion's darkness and his abuse of Emily. But, thankfully, it was not the main focus of the story. I liked how this book illustrated more of the background for Emily. I liked Gavin and Emily's combustible, fiery relationship. I loved his devotion to her, despite not knowing if the baby was his. One thing I thought was off in the story-when she dreams that Gavin dies. I was buying into it, hook, line, and sinker, so when she wakes up and it is a dream? The story ground to a halt for me there. I think it would have been better if he had died, and come back (obviously). Or just have left that part out, honestly. Luckily, the story did pick me right back up after that.

I hate to love this book but I couldn't find myself putting it down. The way we were left with Collide had be rushing for more. The story was cliché and the writing wasn't the best. However I fell in love with Gavin and everything he is. I did have a slight heart attack moment about 75% of the way through and got flashes of the final Twilight movie but this is the perfect sappy feel good love story that you didn't know that you needed.
