Loved it!! I just about cried when Sawyer made the team! I’m so happy he got his dream, I legit almost cried before when he didn’t make the sharks. Sawyer’s character was literally the best and I love the golden retriever guy-grumpy girl/seems-innocent-but-is-dirty Sawyer like ugh. And I adore Echo so much. I love their relationship and how their friendship was so strong before they even got together. This book was paced so greatly and the progression was amazing. I’m so glad they won the cup!! And the baby!!! I was waiting for that, I missed it after pregnancies stopped in the Sharks series. I hate we get more and more!!!

I liked it, but no like how I loved Axel’s story. The whole savior complex with Swayer and the surprise pregnancy trope was not for me. It threw it off I think and felt rushed, even for a book like this.

I am a sucker for those scenes though, the bathtub? Iconic.
