Another great one by Maguire. I really loved how he didn't know who his mom was, yet found some evidence suggesting that Elphaba was his mom. And then to eventually have a baby with Candle, and the baby was a green skinned girl. So many more mysteries to uncover!

This book took everything that was good about the original and tossed it out. Absolutely not worth a read.

Continuing after Wicked, this gets really interesting as conflict begins to really pick up. You really begin to wonder what is going to happen and if the characters are going to follow the path that you think they are.

I thought this was great! More out a limb plot-wise but it still worked. Loved the world building.
