Usually, when I read books around mental healthcare, especially the ones that aim to talk about the system and not just the individual I am delighted. I think it is important that the onus of the mental healthcare access be put on the systems and not an individual who is quite possibly already suffering through loads. In that respect, this book starts off really well. I still feel that a lot of points are undergirded by how this is an individual's responsibility but overall, it is a decent book.
