This was probably the most enjoyable out of all of the crossover stories.

I of course loved reading from Percy's POV and all the Percabeth moments.

"A kiss in the sunset and the promise of a good beacon cheeseburger- with that kind of payoff, who needs immortality?"

Percy Jackson and Sadie Kane finally meet and I just could not be happier. I could hear Katherine K.'s voice for Sadie since I've listened to the Kane Chronicles audiobooks which is awesome. It was great to Carter as well who is near and dear to my heart. This mixing of Egyptian and Greek mythology is just so much fun and it was so nice to see the Wise Girl/Seaweed Brain exchange again *sighs*. But seriously this novella is nothing but action, laughter, and fun.

I was interested in the preview for Magnus's upcoming story too. How much longer do I have to wait for that one?!?!?

I think this was my favorite of the Percy Jackson/Kane Chronicles crossovers. We finally get Percy's POV! I enjoyed his take on the whole differences and similarities between the Egyptian and Greek gods and magic. It was also nice to get a god's perspective on things (even if it was the old vulture goddess, Nekhbet). I'm glad that Setne was finally dealt with, but I still hope that he gets devoured by Ammit in the end. I never realized how similar Sadie and Percy were. That must be why I like Sadie more than Carter. It was fun to see these four work together and to switch things up on Setne regarding the whole Egypt/Greek magic. I am disappointed that the Egyptians and Greeks will try to keep things even more separate, even though it is understandable.

This one was less good... I didn't like how childish Percy came across. He felt much more like the fanon interpretation of Percy instead of the powerful son of the sea god that he really is. I did like how he turned down Nekhbet's offer and stayed true to his character in that regard. Also, with how important Annabeth is to him, I can't see him being super shocked about thoughts of kids with her. All of us are just waiting for them to get married at this point, after all.

“I kissed her, because 1) when you’re a demigod going into battle, every kiss might be your last, and 2) I like kissing her.” THIS. Percy never fails to amaze me at what he can do. Him and Annabeth are so cute and I hope they never break up. This was one heck of a book. I am SO glad some of my favorite heroes got to meet up and fight together. Sadie and Annabeth also had a very sweet friendship. Sadie gave Annabeth her ren (secret name) and it was only their second time meeting. It really shows Sadie trusts her.

Whenever I'm feeling down in the dumps, I know I can read a Percy Jackson story and instantly feel better. It's like the ultimate comfort read.
