I received this book as a Goodreads giveaway from the publisher in exchange for my honest review.

This was an extremely quick and easy read. It was extremely straight forward with some good tips and advice. It definitely seems to be geared toward people who have no knowledge about health, nutrition, and fitness. As someone who works in healthcare, none of the information was anything new that I didn’t already know.

I do think that this is a good book too help formulate an outline on how to get on the road to fitness, self care, and self love.
