Such a sweet book! It celebrates all the good things in life without ignoring the sadness. It was just what I was in the mood forā€”a light, fast, feel-good story.

Loved this sweet quirky story. The characters are fantastic and prove that ā€œfamilyā€ can be whatever you want it to be. Looking forward to the sequel!

This book! Reading this one will make you a better person. It's a beautiful novel with so many important things to say about friendship, family, loss, living, growing older, and the enduring power of love and kindness. This is one I'll pass on and one I will return to. I can't wait to read the next book in the series!

oh, what a sweetly endearing novel about Arthur, Maddie, and Lucille, all of whom are a but broken and sad, but each of which finds something in the others. it's a quick, sentimental read, but not schmaltzy or overdone. Each character seems genuine and the plot moves along nicely. Thoroughly enjoyable for a binge read or a "curl up on the couch and enjoy it while you're sick or sleepy" read. both are lovely options.

Everyone needs someone like Arthur Truluv in their life! . This trio are all on different walks of life and though they come together under strained circumstances it all makes sense. Family isn't just blood its what you make it and the people who are there for you when you need them the most. Arthur, Maddy and Lucille sucked me into their unconventional family and didnā€™t let me go until the very end. I love them separately and all together. They each learned from each other and I loved the support they gave each other and how they accepted one another quirks and all. I honestly canā€™t even write a review to give this book justice. I loved the characters, the message and the overall feeling after I finished reading this story. Iā€™ve never read or heard of this author before until now and she has managed to suck me in with her way of words. This story tugged at my heartstrings and I had tears in my eyes when I finished. This is one story that I wonā€™t forget anytime soon and will definitely be listed as one of my top reads of 2017.

This was a very sweet novel. I think the only reason I didnā€™t enjoy it more was simply because it was very similar to A Man Called Ove and I liked that book better.

But Truluv was a dear! As someone who appreciates the lives of those who came before, I enjoyed the focus on how lives can change and evolve when you least expect them to. We can define our lives, and be remembered for it even once weā€™re gone.

This was a short, sweet story, and a perfect foil to some of the darker stories Iā€™ve been reading!
