This was very cute! Whimsical, atmospherical and fun. World building was pretty good considering the length of the book and enough characters were introduced to build the story. I'd love for this to be darker and a series, but then you'd basically be reading the vampire diaries without the vampires. It's not a masterpiece but for how fun and witchy it was (plus a quick read), I'm giving it 3.75 stars.

This is a solid 3.5! I thought it was really fun and super cute, and I loved how the ending unfolded. I just wish I finished it closer to Halloween!!!!

I can't take this floof anymore. Solid chick-lit romance writing that I do recommend to anyone who likes the genre.

Complaint strictly for the audiobook: why did they cast a narrator who can't do a Welsh accent, when one of the characters clearly speaks that way?

Halloween is my favorite holiday, and this is the perfect mix of light-hearted romance, angst, and spooky season. Like Halloweentown except they bang!
