Ugh I loved the ending 🤧Chapter 31 is my favourite chapter by far. That moment between path and Nora was just too emotional.

Hiervoor heb ik de andere drie delen gelezen: Drift, Dwalen en dromen. Toen ik deel 4 eindelijk bij de bieb zag staan heb ik hem meegenomen, ik was eigenlijk bijna alles alweer vergeten van de eerste drie delen. Ik vond dit vierde deel wel wat minder. Er zaten onverwachte wendingen in, ik vond het einde ook nogal vaag. Deze vraag bleef bij mij hangen: Wat is er nou met Patch gebeurd?
Maar dat werd op het einde allemaal redelijk duidelijk gemaakt. Toch is het einde wat ik wel ongeveer verwachtte en het loopt goed af.
Deze heel serie is echt een aanrader voor mensen die van paranormale dingen houden en van engelen enz.

I absolutely fell in love with this series! I'm so sad that it's over, but can't wait to read more from Becca in the future!

Its over. The series is over and damn it, i LOVED EVERY BIT OF IT.
It did tick me off right at end when a certain someone doesnt make it and i thought maybe the last but should of of had more details for example: did Patch and Nora finally succumb to their passion????
Other than that, i loved it <3

Interesting take on the whole Angel/Nephilim story line. Shadow hunters was better. But I did like Nora and patch

I have religiously read every single Hush Hush book since the first one published over 3 years ago,and I have to say that I am quite sad that this series is ending. Over the years I have grown to love Nora and Patch and everyone in between. I went into this book without any expectations because I never know how a series will end, especially one as beloved as this one.
In this final installment we follow Nora and Patch as they try and fight the oncoming war between the Nephilim and Fallen Angels. It is up to her to lead this army or, according to the oath she swore, she and her mother will die.
There were many things I loved about this book, first is always Patch. He is an amazing character and defies perfection in some instances (which can lead to some to think that he is too perfect) but that doesn't bother me. Over the course of the four books we have seen some sides of Patch that are very selfish and all-consuming and I think he is far from perfect. But that is why he is so good for Nora, he adds a sense of adventure yet protects her at the same time. Its the perfect match.
The one area of the story that I did not like was Vee's story arc. I felt like it was forced and at times it felt like she was written in only because she was the best friend and nothing more. The secret that Vee reveals at the end of the book comes out of nowhere and I honestly didn't believe it to be plausible, it felt like a way to connect Vee to Nora once again because they didn't really have a best friend relationship in this books.
The story line was well crafted and I loved the twist at the end, I did not see it coming and I thought it added a good dimension to the story. There are many lovely scenes for all of those fans that love Patch and Nora, yet I was disappointed with the end. I will not say why because it will spoil the end, but lets just say I wanted more... in a good way :)
Overall I really enjoyed this book, it had romance, suspense and a little tragedy and was a great finish to the series. I am very sad that I will no longer be able to read another book about Nora and Patch, but I can just reread this series until I get enough :P

So! There are so many word, quotes, characters, and descriptions bouncing off the walls in my head. Finale was INCREDIBLE!! I have been a bit disappointed with how the series has turned and the way characters have acted through the past (books 2& 3). Don't get me wrong though, I have been a dedicated fan from the start (3 years ago). Finale was amazing though. It brought everything together in a way I had never even imagined. Patch and Nora's unquestionable love for each survives no matter the cost. Together they make the perfect couple and are everything any girl would want in a relationship. It is sad to know that the series is over, but it will be immortalized in print forever. This series has helped me put together many thoughts and changed me in a way I can't describe. I have matured with the characters so much. They are my best friends and I wish them all the best. The Epilogue is my favorite part!! Love ya Patch, Nora, Scott, and Vee!
