I feel weird about celebrities talking about their diets and coming out with books that talk about it, especially from someone who has struggled with her weight and yo-yo dieted for many years. However, I found the recipes in this book delicious and practical. Not hard to make and for the most part it was good. I wouldn't say all nutritionist, but she made it work with her Weight Watchers.

This was nice enough to read, but the recipes are best for people with deep pockets and personal chefs. :-)
