"but fukuzawa had undergone a significant change over the past year solving cases with ranpo. (...) and he learned something: what it meant to be a leader, what it meant to help others as a team"

I literally love both fukuzawa and ranpo so much my favourite father-son duo

i actually hate writing reviews sometimes cause i feel kinda pretentious and very repetitive when i don’t know what to say. anywho, i loved the look in to fukuzawa and ranpo’s characters and their relationship (as i’ve said about all of the past novels—that’s what i meant when i said repetitive). also, learning how ranpo got the idea that he was an ability user and got to be so cocky was super interesting
