Reliving this through the Amazon Prime series now and remembering why I loved it so much as a novel…the structure, the era, the music, the aspirations, the insanely complicated relationships. I’ve enjoyed Taylor Reid Jenkins’ other books to varying degrees, but this one struck such a strong chord with me and really made me wish, more than ever, that I could have been a child of the 60s and 70s ✌

A fun read, but I wasn't quite as in love with this book as many others who recommended it to me.

I like the character daisy. The author does a good job setting her up in the book. The story itself was okay. It kept me interested. But not my favorite.

Very good read … it was a fun journey through the 70s rock and roll scene … albeit a thinly veiled version of Fleetwood Mac, with all the requisite romances and infighting. There's a couple of developments at the end that really payoff. It's a quick read, sometimes it feels like you are in for a long journey, but at the end, you ask yourself, "how did that go by so quickly?".

Really fun read—listen to the audio book it's got an all-start cast of voices: Jennifer Beals, Judy Greer + many more. Feels like the movie has to be coming soon!
