Least like the original story in this series I think, but I still really enjoyed it. A good couple, justice for Vansh tbh. Loveeeee Isha’s side story. Naina is a tad annoying but so is Emma so I guess well done.

Man I’m going to miss the Raje’s!! And turns out I love a modern retelling of the classics

This may be my favorite book in the Rajes series! As with all the books, family and acceptance are at the center. This book focuses on the youngest Raje brother Vansh who ends up falling for an older woman. Talk about steamy! I love how the two characters end up working together to tackle homelessness and how to make the world a better place. They help and support each other while each leaving their own individual marks in their professional careers. And such a special treat with a supporting character finally finding her perfect match!

"It’s stunning how little respect you have for me, Naina."
What a lovely surprise that this ended up being my absolute favorite of the series!! Naina's mother made me fully cry at the end of this book. The angst was just right without being too torturous (looking at Yash's book) and I just really loved the girl with sharp edges getting the sunshine guy.
I loved Esha and Sid's journey too.
It's a hot mess, to be clear, both characters are absolutely flawed and everyone wants them to stay away from each other. But for some reason, the opposite, grumpy-sunshine, forbidden, rage-fucking, mistrusting energy created a compelling/entertaining story - even though I wanted to punch a lot of the parents.
