Oh. My. God. Is it hot in here, or what?

The relationship dynamic between Jordan and Andy was so freaking good! The pining, submission, care-taking, obsession: it's amazing!

The fact that Andy has had a crush on Jordan since like forever, and thinks that he is the literal epitome of perfection had me swooning so much! And then the fact that Andy wanted to take care of him in every way possible also had my stomach flutter uncontrollably!

The way the relationship comes about is obviously all quite kinky, and won't be for everyone, but I really found myself being into it. Their kinks never went in an uncomfortable or too weird direction.
And yea, okay, the usage of 'Daddy' will never not be cringe to me, but aside from that, their actual dynamic was hot as all hell!!

I really found myself liking Jordan; he was obviously a gorgeous guy who knows it, but he has such a sweet and vulnerable side to him that he never becomes obnoxious. He was kind of a cutie, and I can see why a guy like Andy would be head over heels for him!

Now, fair warning: there is little to no plot here. There is also not a whole ton of depth. The ending is also extremely abrupt, and definitely left me hanging with a want for more: especially more about their actual relationship.
The gist of this book is basically: a whole bunch of kink. The whole story is one big sub/dom kink mixed with a fair dosage of pining; and... I loved it.
Soooo, I would recommend this for when you're in the mood for that specific kind of thing.

What an absolutely adorable story! And hot hot HOT!! A very well done daddy/boy story with expertly written spanking scenes. Though that wasn't all these two did together. Damn I love a good Daddy tone and an eager to please boy.

Just a heads up that there is A LOT of internal monologue for each MC the first 30% of the book that I found a little redundant, but it felt so good to see them fight for their HEA.

A really great one-sitting read for when you want some hot & dirty feel-good smut!

Loved that both MC’s are in their 20’s and the Daddy dom was 4 years younger than his boy

Andy has had a crush on Jordan since they were in high school. He stumbles upon Jordan’s YouTube channel, where he sees that Jordan made an online dating account looking for a Daddy

Both characters have a kink awakening moment. Andy realizes he reeeeaally wants to take care of Jordan and Jordan needs someone to help him “keep his shit together”

The D/s dynamic was pretty lite & fluffy. Andy is a nurturing Daddy but he really loves to spank Jordan’s ass red. Jordan fights it at first but Andy knows what his boy needs and he shows him that he can be his rock

This is as described, but it is also quite sweet, with Jordan being really vulnerable under his gymbro swagger and Andy being a contender for youngest ever Stern Brunch Daddy (I forget which podcast I heard that on, but it fits). But, basically, this is just a sweet realistic roman-tasy of two people being exactly what the other needs/wants, but taking a while to believe it.

DNF at 70%. I don't want to yuck anybody's yum, but I didn't really enjoy this book at all. The prose and everything was alright, but damn Andy at some times gave me serial killer vibes. Perhaps I'm unacquainted with this subgentre, but constantly doing something when somebody says "no" doesn't sit well with me.

Didn't think I was gonna like this one at first, the writing is so convoluted. So many freakin' run-on sentences and split infinitives. I don't think I've ever had to flip back and forth so many times, trying to put the start and ends of sentences together. But after awhile I got into it and ended up really enjoying the story and characters.

Actually I will probably never forget this book, but that's because my Kindle locked when I stepped away from my desk, and since I have the covers set to show on the lock screen the next thing I know my son's gf was all, "Dear Daddy, please spank me?!" So that was fun.
