Another hit from Hallmark. Paige and Aidan had the perfect set up, fake a relationship to make her ex jealous. Simple right?! I loved this book read it in one day. Highly recommend it.

I am a total sucker for anything Hallmark and the moment I realized this book was published by Hallmark, my heart felt happy. This is such a light, fun, and sweet read. Perfect for reading at the beginning (almost) of summer! The characters and plot were well developed and helped to create a predictable (yet, enjoyable) page-turner.

I just fell in love with Paige. Paige is a wedding planner and is completely entwined with her job. She loves what she does and is extremely good at it. She never expected her ex, who moved out of the country months ago, to show up at one of her weddings. When Paige decides to try to win her ex back, she uses her best friend's brother, Aiden for help. Little does she know, there is more to Aiden than meets the eye. Will Paige find her Happily Ever After in her ex or in a place she never expected?

I can only hope that this will become one of my beloved Hallmark movies one day. If you love them as I do, this is definitely a book for you!

I'm surprised with how much I fell in love with this book! I was first drawn to it by it's description that made it sound like a fun/cute beach read. As someone who has spent endless summers in a Florida beach town, the setting and the characters' relation to it was instantly relatable to me. Even if you haven't been, the way the author is able to paint a picture of this place will make you feel like you've been there before and will want to book a trip there immediately! I love the progression of the main character's as they started to fall for one another. It felt so natural and not predictable at all, which is hard to come across in a romance book. I talked about this book so much that even my sister, who isn't a big reader, was intrigued and wanted to check it out! I work in a bookstore and I can't wait to show this to customers as they look for their next beach read this summer.

I am sure the beach wedding is fabulous. The perfect panoramic view is perfect for the wedding. Plus the whale is a adding plus. This story is reminds me of My Best Friend's Wedding but less complicated and less angst.

My opinion about this book is boring. Really so boring. The story is flat, monotone, 1 dimensional and way too much descriptive of everything. Even adding the drama hair dresser cancel in the last minute juts to show Paige is the heroine who saves the wedding. I almost falls asleep listening to the audio book. With the story so boring like this, the length of the book can be cut by half.

This book reads exactly like a hallmark movie. It’s very predictable but would still make a good beach read. It’s fluff, with a small side of drama. Overall an ok read if you’re into that type of book.

This was such a sweet clean romance book. One that takes you on a journey of figuring out what you want even when you least expect it. Maybe you think you want one thing but in the end you want something so much better.

Paige and Aiden have been friends since Paige and Ciera were freshman in college. They both enjoyed each other’s company and Paige was an overall sweetheart. Even though their relationship is fake for the wedding, sparks start to fly and feelings start to flourish. Walls get broken down and love really blooms between the two.

Enjoyable clean romance. One for all romance lovers.

I’m at the beach as I write this. It’s only fitting that my first beach read would be about a beach wedding and romance.

Rachel Magee’s Beach Wedding Weekend scores with me. It’s a sweet, enjoyable romance between Paige and Aiden. Paige thought she was in love with Brody who broke off their romance when he left for his work in Europe. When he returns and Paige loses her ability to speak in his presence, Aiden volunteers to help make Brody jealous so Paige can win Brody back in exchange for Paige’s help in sealing a business deal. What neither anticipates is that they might fall in love or recognize that they might already be there in the meantime.

I can testify first hand that this is a wonderful beach read. Here I am at the beach and devoured this book. I love the fun romance between Paige and Aiden who realize, albeit slowly, that maybe they’ve been experiencing love for a long time. I also love that Paige realizes that she’s have one of the best days of her life when she and Aiden are in a boat on the Gulf surrounded by dolphins and that nothing she had experienced with Brody could even come close.

As a nature lover, I appreciated Magee’s awareness of the surrounding environs and her description.

This is a Hallmark romance and I noted that B&N has it listed as a Christian romance, which I typically avoid. This has no religious overtones, but it is a clean romance. It is sweet and just an excellent read without overly dramatic angst.

If you’re headed on vacation and want something sweet and romantic, I can happily recommend Beach Wedding Weekend.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I enjoyed this book! The characters were engaging and the setting was picturesque. I thought it was well paced which kept me turning the pages. And the brisket taco recipe at the end sounds delicious! I'm hoping that we might see a sequel or two as a couple of friends in this book must have a story to tell as well!
