This whole story was a constant twist but also predictable at times. I don’t really know how to describe it but it was everything I needed (even though there were definitely moments when I was internally yelling at Millie).

I loved the first book but I think I loved this one even more! I love the short chapters and how fast paced these books are. Freida’s writing is perfection. Couldn’t put it down and would definitely recommend. Starting book 3 immediately!

Freida is amazing! After a time jump, Millie is between jobs after a baby she nannied for started calling her Mama and Enzo is in Italy. When Millie gets a call to cook and clean for a CEO she jumps at the chance. When it starts to get weird, Millie beings to investigate deeper. So I definitely didn't like this as much as The Housemaid but it's still great! I think the actual twist was great but all the lead ups were pretty bland. It's a little too much like the first to be all that surprising but it's still good.

Great book! I ended up loving this book more than I thought I would! I always expect twists with Freida’s books but I never expected this! Highly recommend!

The first part of this book was so annoying to read honestly, I was so tired of Millie dragging along Brock. I just kept screaming at the girl TELL HIM BE HONEST WITH HIM. However the second & third parts (including the epilogue) were fairly good, basically a repeat of the first book- wish there was a little bit of a different plot. Overall, the Housemaid (the first book) is a great stand alone book. I likely will not read the next one.

Not as good as the first in the series, but still pretty good. I felt that this one was a lot more predictable than The Housemaid.
