I love Patti Callahan’s books but this was not my favorite. I loved the history of C.S. Lewis and the story of Megs and her brother George. Megs hears stories from C.S.Lewis and then retells them to her brother. It was hard to tell when Megs stories began and when Megs was with her brother. It was a quick and interesting read.

If anyone is a C.S. Lewis fan, this is a great read! I love how Patti Callahan ties everything together!!! Looking forward to reading Becoming Mrs. Lewis by her!!!

I wanted to ADORE this book, but I only liked it. I’m not sure what kept me from being dazzled… But if you love C.S. Lewis or the Narnia series, this is worth the read and makes for a nice winter/Christmas book.

A random, late night Christmas book review for you. This was a total impulse read. The audiobook was available on Libby so I popped it on whilst diamond painting.
If you’re a fan of the Chronicle of Narnia this is a fun look at the creation of the story and the impact that stories can have on people.
This was just a wholesomely good read

I went into this partly skeptical and partly excited to see what this author did with historical fiction surrounding C.S. Lewis. It was cheesy at times, unbelievable at others, but overall was very heart warming and I enjoyed it, even through its cheesiness.

This was a sweet story about cs Lewis when he was writing the narnia series. It was fun. It reads like a middle grade novel, not sure if that’s the target audience.
