Audiobook- I loved it! Their relationship, the way they talk about and to each other. Very enjoyable.

Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally are my favorite celebrity couple. That being said I had very high expectations from this book. Unfortunately those expectations weren't met; I expected to read little essays about one another, but instead felt as though I was reading a transcript from a variety of jumbled interviews. While I liked a lot of this book, especially the way Nick Offerman spoke of his life growing up with his siblings on his family's humble farm, I wasn't necessarily "wowed" by anything in particular. I imagine this book would've read much better as an audiobook.

This was an amazing read! I have been a fan of Megan Mullally since I was in my young teens and grew to love Nick Offerman through Parks and Rec. I did not know anything about their lives or their love story until listening to this book on a work trip. I found myself laughing out loud and smiling most of the trip. While I am sure the hardback is just as great, I feel the audiobook is where one should give this book a chance. I felt as though I was listening to a podcast versus a book, and their chemistry is palpable throughout the reading and telling of their story. I loved their honesty and found myself relating to Megan on so many levels. This really was the greatest love story ever told!

I'm glad I read this as an audiobook. It gave me the impression they used the book as a loose reference and mostly just chatted for 6ish hours. It was a cute and fun light read of them bantering mostly about their upbringings, careers, and relationships.

What a fun audio listen! I loved the banter back and forth when you could tell it was genuine banter, not book text. I’m curious to flip through the book sometime to see how the dialogue is structured! And see the pictures!
