Repetitive and really only beneficial if you're not already self-obsessed with self-improvement. Most of the practices seemed to be built around recognizing areas for improvement/support rather than actually building those areas

Not quite at the right place in my life atm for this- I do think it'll be good to revisit when I'm less bogged down. Seems like it would be useful.

This is a really great approach to finding the right job, career, and really life. I also think the way that the way the authors approach life through design thinking can be applied to so many other contexts, including helping younger people figure out what they want to study in college or what careers most interest them. The exercises are terrific, too! It's a very practical book as well.

I think the advice and concepts in the book were very basic and generic. I did learn about human-centered design thinking though.
